Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing or using the AIVisor application ("AIVisor"), these terms and conditions will automatically apply to you. These terms legally create an agreement between you, as the User, and the AIVisor Team. You must ensure that you read them carefully before using the application. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the services.

1. AGE RESTRICTIONS & ELIGIBILITY

You hereby confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal majority age where you live). If you are under 18, you may only use AIVisor with the approval and supervision of your parents or legal guardian.

EEA Residents: Due to GDPR regulations, we do not allow the use of AIVisor by residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) who are younger than 16 years old, to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

AIVisor provides services to optimize storage of your device by removing similar photos, similar videos and junk files, as well as by compressing media and organizing storage (the "Services"). These Terms and Conditions only grant you the right to use AIVisor to benefit from Services within the scope defined herein.

You are not allowed to copy, or modify AIVisor, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of AIVisor, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions. All intellectual property rights related to AIVisor belong to the AIVisor Team.

3. DATA PROCESSING & DEVICE SECURITY

We store and process personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to AIVisor secure.

Jailbreaking & Rooting Warning:

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone (removing software restrictions imposed by the OS). Doing so could make your device vulnerable to malware, compromise security features, and cause AIVisor to malfunction.

4. CONNECTIVITY & THIRD-PARTY CHARGES

Certain functions of AIVisor require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We cannot take responsibility for the application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to a stable connection or have exhausted your data allowance.

Note: Your mobile network provider's terms still apply. You are responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred while using the application.

5. USER CONTENT & AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER

Input & Output: You may upload images, videos, or data ("Input") and receive generated results, groupings, or compressed files ("Output"). Together, these are "User Content".

  • Accuracy: Output is generated by Artificial Intelligence. It may be false, inaccurate, or misleading. We do not warrant that Output is accurate or true.
  • Risk: Your use of any Output (e.g., deleting photos suggested by the AI) is entirely at your own risk. Always verify important data before deletion.
  • Ownership: You represent that you own or have necessary rights to the Input you provide.
  • No Professional Advice: AI-generated results are not professional, medical, or legal advice.

6. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use AIVisor on a single authorized device for personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Renting, selling, or sublicensing the application.
  • Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code.
  • Using automated systems (robots/spiders) to interfere with the service.
  • Using AIVisor to develop competing models or services.

7. REGISTRATION & PASSWORDS

While some features may not require registration, others may require you to create an account. You are the sole guardian of your password and account security. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to compromised credentials.

8. IN-APP PURCHASE & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paid features are offered via subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual). Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled by the platform (Apple/Google). EU residents waive their 14-day right to cancel once the download begins.

9. UNINSTALL & REMOVAL

You may uninstall AIVisor at any time using the standard application manager on your device. Upon uninstallation, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease all use of the application.

10. CONSENT TO DATA USE & REVIEWS

We may collect technical data (device info, system version) to facilitate updates and support. If you provide a review on the App Store or social media, we may use that review for promotional purposes.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the AIVisor Team is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.

12. AMENDMENTS & TERMINATION

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of AIVisor after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms.
