At AIVisor, we believe your data belongs to you. Our core philosophy is "Local Processing"—ensuring your most sensitive content, like photos, videos, and emails, stays under your control and never touches our servers.

1. Objective and Scope

AIVisor ("we", "us", or "Company") aims to process the personal data of users in accordance with general principles of privacy and the provisions of applicable data protection legislation, including the Law on Personal Data Protection ("PDP Law") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy describes which data we collect, how we intend to use, store, protect, and share that data, and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.

2. Data Categories and Collection

Core Privacy Promise

Critical: Your photos, videos, and emails are processed ON-DEVICE or in your own personal cloud services. AIVisor DOES NOT store this content on its own servers.

Identity & Contact

Name, surname, and e-mail address (only if you contact our support team).

Process Security

IP address, device name, operating system version, and application usage statistics (visit time/date).

E-mail Account Info

With your permission: Google user ID, nickname, and metadata for email organization. We do not store email content on our servers.

User Content

Files, images, and videos you select for optimization. All processing is local to your device.

3. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing

We process your data for specific, legitimate purposes based on the following legal grounds:

  • Contractual Necessity: To operate our product and provide the requested storage optimization services.
  • Legitimate Interest: For information security, business continuity, and improving our service quality without harming your fundamental rights.
  • Consent: For marketing activities, advertising campaigns, and push notifications (which you can opt-out of at any time).
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with legislation and fulfill demands from competent authorities.

4. Technical & Administrative Security Measures

AIVisor employs industry-standard security rigor to protect your data:

Encryption

Sensitive data is stored and transferred using cryptographic methods.

Two-Factor Auth

Remote access to any sensitive internal data requires multi-factor authentication.

Firewall & VPN

Infrastructure is protected by next-gen firewalls and restricted VPN access.

Penetration Testing

We perform periodic security audits and penetration tests on our systems.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Your data will be stored only for the duration required for the purpose of processing or as specified in applicable legislation. In cases where you provide explicit consent for additional storage, data will be deleted or anonymized once the purpose no longer exists or the consent is withdrawn.

6. Third-Party Partners

We may transfer certain data to service providers and partners for operational needs, including:

  • App Stores: Apple App Store and Google Play Store for purchase and subscription management.
  • Analytics: Firebase Analytics, Adjust, and Facebook SDK to monitor application performance and user engagement.
  • Authorized Institutions: Sharing information with public institutions when legally required for compliance or crime prevention.

7. Rights as a Data Subject

Under PDP Law and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: Learn if your data is processed and request information.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Deletion: Request erasure of data when processing reasons disappear.

• Portability: Request transfer of your data to another organization.

• Objection: Object to automated analysis or profiling that causes detriment.

8. Age Limitation

We do not permit the use of AIVisor by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Users under 18 must have permission from their parents or legal guardians to use our Services.
